REGISTRATION FEES
The organizing committee of the VII CLA carried out a thorough and meticulous assessment to define the registration fees for the event, considering: a) the probability of financial risk for a hybrid conference, and b) the encouragement of the participation of those individuals we believe should play a central role in the event – the students.
ATTENTION!
In-person registrations are officially closed. Registrations in virtual mode will be open until May 24.

1. Rates refer to your status at the time you register. Membership refers to your status as a member of the Sociedad Colombiana de Entomología. If you want to become a member click here. Please consider the following clarifications:
- If you are a recently graduated professional from undergraduate studies or obtained your undergraduate degree within the LAST year and you are NOT a postgraduate student, you may pay the fee designated for undergraduate students (member or non-member as applicable).
- If you are a recently graduated professional from graduate studies or obtained your graduate degree within the LAST year, you may pay the fee designated for graduate students (member or non-member as applicable).
3. If you make the payment in a currency other than Colombian pesos, the PayU platform will automatically convert it to any currency (e.g., USD) on the day of payment.

All children are welcome at our event. They can accompany their parents in all areas of the event or join them in a room equipped with televisions that broadcast the academic agenda. From the organization of the event, we will cover the daily cost of lunch and snacks for the children (up to 12 years old); this value corresponds to the value of the guest stipulated in circular #2 (i.e. 180,000 COP - 46USD). To do so, we ask parents who intend to attend the event with their children to please fill out this form, indicating the age and number of accompanying children. The form must be completed by April 1, 2024. With this information, we will use strategies to raise funds to subsidize this item.

LUNCH AT THE VENUE
The Registration fees include lunch at the event venue for this edition of the congress. This allows for spaces for interaction among attendees, providing the opportunity to conveniently organize working lunches. Also, restaurant options near the venue are mainly in the “Galerías” area, which involves 30-40 minute round trip commutes, making lunch at the venue a convenient option for attendees.
